She is survived by: her parents, Harrison Conklin and Hazel Conklin (Leonard); her spouse Robert Hayes; her children, Tim Hayes of Englewood, FL, Tom Hayes (Carol) of Los Angeles, CA and Mary Hayes of Indianapolis, IN; and her grandchildren, Griffin Hayes, Elle Hayes, Megan Hayes and Patrick Hayes.
