He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee R. Ellison and Dora L. Blackledge Ellison; and his siblings, Kathleen, Carol, Velda and Bill.
He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Ellison of Rockport; his children, Todd Ellison of Rockport and Tonya Garner (Wally) of Barry; his grandchildren, Emily Garner and Allison Ellison; his pet Leo; and his brothers, Donald Ellison and Ronald Ellison of Hull. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the IL Veteran's Home or to Samuel Taylor Cemetery in Rockport.
