Maxine Lee Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2021, at the age of 85, Maxine Lee of Rockport, Illinois, born in Louisiana, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orie Wagner and Helen Walston Wagner; her husband Russell Lee; her granddaughter Susan Hathaway; her siblings, Linda Wagner and Wayne Wagner; and her siblings-in-law, Debbie Wagner, Toney Hampton, Winfred Lee, Wilmer Lee (Gilda), Buford Wayne Lee (Hallie), Eugene Lee (Rose), Charles Lee and Donald Lee.

She is survived by: her children, Sherri Hathaway (Carl) of New Canton, IL, David Lee of Rockport, IL, Daniel Lee (Becky) of New Hartford, IL and Amy Pruett (Brad) of Louisiana, MO; her grandchildren, Douglas Lee (Tiffany), Laura Mahr (Travis), Corey Hathaway, Jennifer Pavey (David), Michele Hathaway, Harley Hathaway, Amber Johns, Lucas Dooley, Adam Lee (Narelle), Jared Lee (Carrie) and Zac Pruett (Cammie); her siblings, Mary Hampton, Gary Wagner and Stephen Wagner; and her siblings-in-law, James and JoAnn Lee. She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
