He is survived by: his cousins, Jeff and Cole; his wife Kasey Smith of Rockport, IL; his children, Kason Philip Sutton-Smith, Jude Michael Smith and Perry Noelle Smith; his mother Jennifer Niebur of Pittsfield, IL; his brother P. Nicholas Niebur of Pittsfield, IL; his grandmother Marilyn Smith; his parents-in-law, Bobby Pruett (Charla) of Momence, IL and Lisa Bradshaw of Pittsfield, IL; his sister-in-law Rashelle Pruett; his nieces, Ayla Donovan and Katherine Craft; and his grandparents-in-law, Philip and Linda Bradshaw. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.
