She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Dallas Smith Ward and Wayne Ward; and her granddaughter Jessica Butler. She is survived by: her husband Roger Butler; her children, Gary Butler (Shelly) of Independence, MO, John Butler of Orlando, FL and Shauna Wynn of Independence, MO; and her sister Cheryl Lanning (Jim) of Crosby, TX. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren.
