He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benny Howard and Lucille Howard; his wife Rebecca Howard; his children, Neal Howard (Naqueesea Sharp), Kenneth Dandridge, Terri Howard (Terry Ford) and Tracy Howard; his grandson Demario Duboise Jr.; and his siblings, Adolphus, Rufus, Kenneth Howard, Siliem Mayon, Gwendolyn Barnes-Howard, Shirley Howard and Gerry Martin. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
