He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Parham and Roberta Parham; his son Odell Newton; and his granddaughter Courtney Lindsey. He is survived by: his children, Elaine Parham, Yolanda Murray, Billy Parham (Lola), Willie B. Parham Jr. and Henry Lindsey (Brenda); and his siblings, Gloria Brown, Pearlene Lambert (Lamar), Zelma Hegwood, Gertrude Lilly and Troy Parham. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
