He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudie E. York, Sr. and Ida Mae Fulwood; his son Warren Colbert "Peanut" York, Jr.; and his siblings, Evelyn Leevy, Sarah Witherspoon (Alexander) and Claudie E. York, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Delgracia Mae York (Vawters); his children, Everick Dwayne York, Milana L. Herman (TJ) and Tinaya S. York (Lutalo); his siblings, Mary Orell Walker (Robert), Beverly Gail Laws (Joseph) and Joseph D. York; his grandchildren, Tredarin Crumbley, Rey York, Teresa Tibble (Matthew), Khayla Caruthers, Khaley Caruthers, Ellington Webb (Adrienne), Jelani McGee, Kianna Galvin, Tyjah York, Jahari Webb, Skylin York, Gianni York, Alexander Green and Harmony York; and his cousin Brett Ward. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
