He was predeceased by: his wife Jean; his parents, Paul and Alice; his brother Tim; and his nephew Matthew.
He is survived by: his daughter Nicole; his siblings, Paula Mais (Jerome), Larry Bederka (Ida), Craig Bederka (Janet) and Robert Bederka (Julie); his friend Robert Murphy (Jaci); and also, Gary Witkowski, Joy Heaslip (Mike), Jill Mishmash (Scott) and June Kindermann (Ray). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory - Mulford Chapel (1860 S Mulford Rd, Rockford, IL 61108).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to be established at a later date.
