It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa McGraw of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Theresa has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McGraw and Nancy McGraw (Jones). She is survived by: her siblings, Cathy (Scott Kundert), Jeannie McGraw and Tom McGraw; and her pet Roxy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Delehanty Funeral Home (401 River Ln, Loves Park, IL 61111).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in her name.
