He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Cummings and Azala Cummings (Michels); his sister Vicki Bilodeau; and his nephew Jason Bilodeau. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Palmer (Michael), Jennifer Smith (Shaun) and Joia Goforth; his grandchildren, Gavin Goforth, Jeremiah Johnson, Brook Goforth and Lucy Johnson; and his niece Nicole Tram.
