He was predeceased by: his pet Cubbie. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Anaya (Huerta); the mother of his children Elizabeth Moreno; his children, Silvino, Jonathan, Julian and Dante Anaya of Chicago; and his siblings, Jose Anaya (Cheryl), Jeanette Villanueva (Juan), Elisa Anaya (David Ortega) and Luis Anaya.
