She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Patterson and Will Evans; and her sons, Willie Evans, Marvin and Kendrick Prince.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Saucedo of Rockford and Shauna Hill; her siblings, Willie James, Elijah Evans, Rosie Lee Evans, Elnora Williams, Pearlie Mae Evans, Mattie Ingram, Hattie Mae Moncreif and Dorothy Starnes; her former husband Hubert O'Conner Joseph; and her close friend Billy Madison.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pilgrim Baptist Church (1703 S Central Ave, Rockford, IL 61102). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
