We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2024, at the age of 84, Roy N. Abare of Rockford, Illinois, born in Dayton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Timothy Abare (Bridget) and Anne O'Neil (Tim); and his grandchildren, Ella, Jude, Holden and Noel.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Unitarian Universalist Church (4848 Turner St, Rockford, IL 61107).
