She was predeceased by: her parents, Frona Wilson (Chapman) and Sam Wilson; her husband Jasper Dulgar; her son Jerry Dulgar; and her grandsons, Jerry Dulgar Jr. and Scotty Dulgar.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Carol Dulgar; her children, Sam Dulgar (Sue), Robert Dulgar (Karen), Alan Dulgar and Chris Dulgar (Julie); her grandchildren, Lisa Richardson-Dulgar (John), Don Dulgar (Kathy), Joey Dulgar, Daniel Dulgar, Tim Dulgar (Beth), Tom Dulgar (Kim), Toby Dulgar (Amber), Tammy Smith (Randy), Justin Dulgar and Jacey Dobbins (Sam); and her brother Thomas Wilson. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens (8800 N Alpine Rd, Machesney Park, IL 61115). A burial will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
