It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Romayne Johnston Little Jr. of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Romayne Little and Dorothy Little (DeCamp); his wife Marlene McMillen; his great-nephew David Titman (Shirley); his niece Barbara Stouffer; his sister Elaine Titman; and his nephew Richard Austin.
