He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Unger and Kathryn Unger (Hurt); and his siblings, David Unger of Freeport, Mark Unger (Teri) of Freeport, Richard Unger of Freeport, Mary Peace (Mark) of Loves Park and Dorothy McConnell of Rock Falls. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
