He is survived by: his children, Chelsea Hites (Jeff), Nicholas Clarke, Taylor Clarke and Zachary Clarke; the parent of his children Jody; his grandson Theodore Hites; his sisters, Carol Greer, Sandra White (Bill), Susan Strawbridge and Vickie Gonzales; and his siblings-in-law, Gerry Clarke and Scott Ellsworth.
