He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Watkins and Milton Watkins; and his siblings, Butch Watkins, Michael Watkins and Kellene Severt.

He is survived by: his wife Connie Watkins; his children, Brianna Mast (Brian), Rich Watkins and Rocky Watkins; his grandchildren, Magnum Mast, Maverick Mast, Madelyn Mast, Major Mast and Madison Watkins; his siblings, Karen Boone (George), Lance Watkins (Audrey), Cathi Lester (Jim) and Kimberly Stuchell (Jeff); and his siblings-in-law, Terry and Bonnie Macklin.
