Richard LeRoy Jurgens Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard LeRoy Jurgens of Rockford, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 11, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard LeRoy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard LeRoy farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Jurgens and Mildred E. Jurgens (Johnson); and his brother Tommy. He is survived by: his wife Raeann E. Sanders; his brother Roger Jurgens (Danette); his brother-in-law Richard Sanders; and his nephews, Eric Jurgens (Gia) and Shawn Sanders (Rachel). He is also survived by two daughters and many cousins.
