She was predeceased by: her parents, James Armstrong and Lela Armstrong; her grandson Tommy Nabors; her great grandchildren, Harmony Nabors and Treymaine Nabors; and her brothers, William Dole Armstrong, James George Armstrong, Charles Edward Armstrong and Robert Lee Armstrong.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy King, Michael King and Timothy King; her sister Susan Parchmon (Calvin); and her goddaughters, Teena Rogers Walker and Tammy Rogers. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. (200 N Johnston Ave, Rockford, IL 61101). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
