Jones of Rockford, Illinois, born in Pocahontas, Arkansas, who passed away on October 10, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Jones and Sadie Jones (Nipps); his wife Jeanette Jones (Goodman); his sons, Floyd and Ruben Jones; and his brothers, Manuel, Eugene, Granvel, Junior and Jake.
He is survived by: his daughter Norma Pomering (Bill); his granddaughters, Amanda DeWall (Kyle) and Brooke Frasca (Robert); his great grandchildren, Hunter and Hailee DeWall; and his nephew Jimmy Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
