He was predeceased by: his parents, Teresa Costello (Chango) and Raymond J. Costello. He is survived by: his brother Raymond A. Costello (Julie); his nephews, Joseph (Tammy) and Timothy (Jessica); and his niece Allison (Eric). He is also survived by 3 great-nephews and 1 great-niece.
