He was predeceased by: his father Patrick. He is survived by: his mother Laurie L. Hart (Magee); his children, Matilyn, Richard and Laura Hart; and his brother Jason Hart. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Fred C. Olson Chapel (1001 2nd Ave, Rockford, IL 61104). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the family to establish at a later date.
