He was predeceased by: his parents, Swen E. Johnson and Florence Johnson (Larson); and his siblings, Marge Osiwalla (Ed), Earl Johnson (Gwen), Ralph Johnson (Carol Ann) and Glen Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ford; and his daughter Deb Okeson (Karl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
