He is survived by: his significant other Merrie Lynn Johnson; his children, Dina Richter, Randy Richter (Christine), Larry Richter (Jess Jimenez), Shawn Richter, Tracy Brazel (Wayne), Amber Richter, Amy Johnson (Frank Ingardona) and Jeff Johnson (Michelle); his grandchildren, Chloe (Matthew), Nick, Patrick, Katie, Morgan, Josh, Jordan, Hannah, Channing, Zach, Zoe, Adam, Emily, Taylor, Alec (Olivia), Trevor and Ashley; his great grandchild Jack; and his siblings, Robert Richter (Debbie), Brian Richter (Debbie), Arvid "Rick" Richter (Susan), David Richter, Carol Lutovsky, Diane Lutovsky, Dawn Corder and Sonya Terronez (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews and many dear friends.
