He was predeceased by: his parents, Laopheung Phasouk and Pao Phasouk. He is survived by: his wife Nouane Monmany; his sons, Rod Phasouk and Ryan Phasouk (Angie); his grandchildren, Parker and Emme; and his siblings, Hom Sisavathay, Foung Oulavong, Pheng Rattanary, Ay Norasingh, Sengla Vanmanivong, Sai Saechao and Kanngeuane Phasouk.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory - Mulford (1860 S Mulford Rd, Rockford, IL 61108).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
