She was predeceased by: her parents, Thaddeus "Ted" Koziol and Elenor Koziol; her husband James "Jim" Moore; her brothers, Allan Koziol (Cindy) and William "Bill" Koziol (Genny); and her brothers-in-law, Jack Moore (Marilyn) and Guy Jordan (Barbara).
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer "Jenny"; her son-in-law Neil; her grandson Jagger James; her sister Barbara Jordan; her sisters-in-law, Genny and Cindy Koziol; her niece Kathleen Boshears; her nephews, Scott Moore (Sandy), Guy Jordan (Aimee), Carston Koziol (Kate), Marshall Koziol and Connelly; her friends, Jeanne, Sue, Marla, Richayne, Fall Frolic, Ellen, Lynn, Julie, Diane, Marilyn, Linda and Barb; and her close friend Josie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to B.I.O.N.I.C. (a studentledclub that stands for Believe It Or Not I Care) at Oswego High School.
