She is survived by: her son Kaare Jacobsen (Carrie); her grandchildren, Xander, Austin Taylor (Amanda) and Jake Taylor; her siblings, Kathleen Carroll (John) and Ken Westphal; her husband Lenny; and her sister-in-law Deb Westphal.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Feb Memorial. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
