He was predeceased by: his wife Emily Scarpelli; and his siblings, Annie Kuhel (Emil), William (Lorraine), Peter (Frances), Frank (Dolly), John Sopcich (Dorothy), Emilie Chamernick (Peter), Katherine Shubat (Nickolas) and Margaret Cvetan (Bill).
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Sopcich (Linda) and Debbie Wasmund (Larry); his grandchildren, Andrea Sipek, Anthony Wasmund (Haley), Laura Ruetsche (James) and Natalie Calderon (Omar); his great grandchildren, Savana Davidson (Wyatt), Madison, Grace Sipek, Olivia, Emilia Ruetsche, Noah, Leo and Ava Calderon; and his great great grandchild Waylon Davidson.
