He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn Smith; his stepchildren, Josiah Smith (Cheryl) and Susannah Smith Chambers; his grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Noah Smith, Aubrey Smith Wade, Jarron Chambers, Alishah Chambers Mays and Janson Chambers; his children, Timothy Axford (Loni) and Susan Axford Epperson; his grandchildren, Jill Epperson Kellum (Scott) and Kevin Epperson; and his great grandchildren, Harper Kellum and Adriel Kellum.
