In the vast expanse of eternity, Joanne shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joanne farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, S. John Kruger and Lucille Kruger (Thompson); and her children, Brian Carter and Dana McDuffa. She is survived by: her husband Billie Carter; her grandchildren, Nathan, Trent, Zachary, Jennifer and Byranna; and her siblings, John Kruger (Jenny) and Vickie Wilson. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
