She is survived by: her son Paul Fieldsend; her grandchildren, Joshua and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Alina, Charlotte, Adalyn, Kyla and Easton; her boyfriend Ray Merkel; and her brothers, Jeff Campisi (Michelle), James Campisi (Shawn) and Max.
