She was predeceased by: her parents, Norval Piper and Ethelda Piper; and her husband Bob (Bob). She is survived by: her children, Kelly Spera and Dan Spera (Alana); her grandchildren, Daxx Spera (Olivia), Isabella Spera, Dominic Spera and Jena St. Clair; her great grandchild Louie Grace Spera; her niece Cassandra Bonnet (Tony); her great-nephew Jacob Fischer; and her friends, Lori Bradley and Susie Malburg.
In lieu of flowers, we will donate to Joan's top charities she gave to during her lifetime.
