He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth and Virginia. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah (Michael), Hattie (Mike) and Abby; his grandchildren, Annie (Kevin), Jennie (Adam), Alex, Shaina, Dahlia, Rebecca and Clara; and his siblings, Mark (Estee), Doug (Jackie) and Kari (Brooks).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Fred C. Olson Chapel (1001 2nd Ave, Rockford, IL 61104). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials to the family will be donated to the Lyran Society in Jeff's honor for the restoration of the pavilion at the park.
