She is survived by: her parents, Sydney Kuykendall and Ethel Kuykendall (Lowry); her friend Mary Ford; her children, Dyann Ellsworth (Gilbert) and Beau Moore (Robin) of Brookfield, WI; her daughter-in-law Mary Jensen of Missouri; her grandchildren, Jesse and Joycelyn (Derrick); her great grandchildren, Max and Sydney; her stepgrandson Justin; her siblings, Jean and Sally Kuykendall of Texas; her son Jay Jensen; her grandson Jason Jensen; and her siblings, Archie, Sidney, Clem, Sam, Richard and Helen.
