He was predeceased by: his parents, James Campbell and Jean Campbell; and his sisters, Jean Marriett and Isabell Harbach. He is survived by: his children, Lori Chandler, Scott Campbell (Lisa), Nancy Nelson (Erik), Wade Campbell (Beth) and Chad Campbell; his grandchildren, Lindsay Mays (Jonathan), Mark Campbell, Adam Campbell (Mariah), Emily Fillippis (Nick), Aubrey Nelson, Ashlyn Nelson, Henry Campbell, Lucy Campbell, Olivia Swanson and Evan Swanson; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Fillippis and Joanna Mays.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tebala Event Center (7910 Newburg Rd, Rockford, IL 61108).
In lieu of flowers, Jim's family requests donations be made to the Shriners Hospital at shrinerschildrens.org.
