He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward M. Tulley and Margaret Tulley (McGrath); his sister-in-law Susan Tulley (Buhl); and his granddaughter Gabriella Renee Tulley. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Lisa Gallagher (John), Eddie, Jay (Kelly) and Shawn (Jenna); his grandchildren, Molly, Shannon, Trevor Gallagher, Ashlei Savalla, Linsey Tulley, Connor, Matthew, Ben, Caleb, Maggie Tulley, Shayden, SueElla and Juni Tulley; and his siblings, Pat Riddiford (George), Tom Tulley (Kathryn) and Joe Tulley (Peg).

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
