We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2025, Heriberto Hernandez (Rockford, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Heriberto shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Heriberto farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St Edwards Catholic Church (3004 11th St, Rockford, IL 61109). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
