She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie McCoy and Julia McCoy; her husband Melvin Willett; her children, Milton Fields and Muriel Fields; and her siblings, Sue Bovinett and Phil McCoy.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Fields (Laurie), Doris Craig and Brandy Fields; and her siblings, Juanita Johnson, Teresa McCoy, Jimmy McCoy (Maurice) and Willie McCoy. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. (200 N Johnston Ave, Rockford, IL 61101). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
