She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Turner and Daisy Turner; her children, Frank Mangreum Jr. and Theresa Mangruem; and her siblings, Fannie Watkins, Alfred Turner, James Turner, Ned Turner, John Turner and Albert Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Mangruem, Tim Mangruem and Gary Tyrone Mangruem; and her sister Pauline Abernathy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carl E. Ponds Funeral Home Inc. (200 N Johnston Ave, Rockford, IL 61101). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
