He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Collier (Wayne Lensing), Mark Brockway (Linda) and Laurie Zwicky (Michael); his grandchildren, Kelsie Lensing, Mitchel Brockway (Natalie), Makayla Dammen (Kyle), Natasha Brockway, Rachel Blum and Alex Blum; his great grandchild Ezekie Araoz; and his sisters, Cherie Evenhuis (Frans) and Sara Roy.
