She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. V. V. Haggard and Lena Haggard (Brock); her husband Bill; her son Hairl, Jr.; and her siblings, G. W. Haggard, Dorothy Evans, Juanita Thompson, Maxine Haggard, Billy Wayne Haggard and Eugene Haggard.
She is survived by: her children, Radonna Oakley (Tim), Deborah Kast (Tim) and Ethan Cobb (Megan); her daughter-in-law Deanna Cobb; her grandchildren, Will (Stephanie), Jake, Katy (Brandon), Holly, Hayley, Johnny and Mikey; and her great grandchildren, Liam and Saoirse. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
