She is survived by: her parents, Esther Haworth and John F Smith; her children, Mike, Jim, Steve, Jay Smith, Ricky Gomez, Jeannette Gomez and Jesse Gomez; and her grandchildren, Leanna Kinney, Breanna Kinney, Adiana, Kingston Gomez, Gianna, Ricky, Liliana, Izabella and Kiara Gomez.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the First Church of the Nazarene (4503 Charles St, Rockford, IL 61107). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location.
