He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leroy James (Georgia), Vida James, Jesse Gulley, Sr. and Edna Gulley; and his father-in-law Master "M. L." Williams.
He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Jr. Gulley and Annie Gulley; his wife Helen Williams; his children, DeAngelo Gulley and Jaslyn Gulley; his siblings, Richard "Ricky" Gulley and Christy Davis (George); his mother-in-law Shirley Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Danny Williams (Ellen) and Shontae Williams (Toby Tyler). He is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends.
