She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur White; and her siblings, Willie Sam, James Lee, Larry, Emma Sue, Jeanette Holloway and Claudette King.

She is survived by: her sons, Cornelius Mathews and Corey White (Nikita); her grandchildren, Zackary, Savannah Mathews, Cordaija, Nacari, Cori and Corey White; and her siblings, Delender, Ronnie Holloway, Jerry (Teresa), Terry (Kimberly) and Clarice Forney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends including special cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Macedonia Baptist Church (1720 Morgan St, Rockford, IL 61102). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
