With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cornelia A. Gastner (Rockford, Illinois), who passed away on February 9, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Cornelia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Cornelia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Gaspari and Teresa Gaspari (Zanocco); her significant other Gene Readette; and her sisters, Catherine Cebas (Ben), Elizabeth Bloom (Maurice), Angeline Harrigan (Roy), Irene Pauletto (Bruno) and Esther Gaspari. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many lifelong friends.
