He is survived by: his children, Matt Stokes (Danielle), Haley Jevitz (Jake), Mark Stokes, Matthew Whitlow (Michelle) and Branden Whitlow (Brittney); his grandchildren, Sally, Ford Stokes, Stevie Stokes, Leyah Langley, Londynn Whitlow and Braxton Whitlow; his mother Billie Creed; his brother Chuck Creed (Connie); and his close friend Pat Oddo.
