She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Baldock and Vida M. Baldock (Naab). She is survived by: her husband Anthony L. Ciaccio; her children, Brian J. Ciaccio of Pecatonica, IL and Michele L. Ciaccio; her son-in-law Raymond LaMagna of Beverly Hills, CA; her grandchildren, Nathan Ciaccio, Katherine and Aaron LaMagna; and her friends, Nana, Toni, Alice and Cathy. She is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters; nieces and nephews.
