It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Ann Chandler of Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Larry Perkins and Char Perkins; her husband Paul Chandler; her daughters, Kellie Chandler (Cole Hirth) and Katie Haseeb (Abid Haseeb); her grandchildren, Caine, Kaidence and Kinlee; and her sister Cindy Hvezda (Chris Hvezda). She is also survived by three nieces; one nephew; and several grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
